Accommodation
December can be a busy month in Kathmandu, so we advise arranging accommodation close to the venue – Park Village Resort in the Budhanilkantha area – as early as possible. This is to avoid being a long drive away, as Kathmandu traffic can sometimes be heavy.
In Budhanilkantha
The following hotels are in the same area as Park Village at the foot of Shivapuri National Park, to the north of the city centre. Some are easily walkable to the venue, while others are up a steep incline. Preferential rates have been arranged at the following local hotels:

Homestays
A great alternative to hotels! Several homestay booking websites exist for Nepal, though there are very few homes listed in the Budhanilkantha area. Instead, search on Google (or other) Maps for “homestays” and book directly. One recommended homestay is Sacred Trails, which has 3 rooms available.
