Registration is now open, with the early bird rate on offer until 15 September! See below for registration FAQs.

US $200: Early bird registration rate, available up to 15 September 2026 (midnight GMT).
US $250: Standard registration rate, in effect as from 16 September 2026.
All Summit participants, including those receiving travel grants, are asked to contribute the registration fee. Early registration is encouraged as there is limited capacity at the Summit venue – book early to avoid disappointment!

Registration fees include participation in the Summit, meals and social events. Registration fees do not include accommodation, travel expenses (ie. flights, insurance, visas, etc.) or airport transfers, which should be booked by participants directly.

If you are having issues with registration payments or need to cancel your registration, please contact Kerry Soderlund at the Global Fund for Community Foundations (kerry@globalfundcf.org).
Up until 15 November 2026, in the case of cancelling registration, the GFCF will retain 15% of the registration fee for administrative costs. From 16 November 2026 onwards, no refunds will be provided.

Up until 20 November 2026, registrations are transferable. Please contact Kerry Soderlund at the Global Fund for Community Foundations (kerry@globalfundcf.org) if you are no longer able to attend, and will be transferring your registration to another colleague. From 21 November 2026 onwards, registrations are no longer transferable.

Group registrations are encouraged, though discounts will not be provided for larger groups. Please only register your group when all participants in the group are confirmed. It is not possible to block / reserve spots at the Summit.

Registering for the Summit does not guarantee that the organizers will provide support around visa applications. Support will be provided at the organizer’s discretion.
