Possible Now is about recognizing that so much of the change we are waiting for is already happening. Too often, we imagine transformation as one big moment arriving from the centre. But in reality, many of the most important shifts are already being built quietly, in different places, by people and initiatives experimenting with new ways of sharing, organizing resources, building trust and creating futures that are more humane and more just.

That is why the Summit in Kathmandu feels so important. It offers a space to see these efforts not as isolated exceptions, but as part of something larger. Possible Now is about helping make those connections visible: recognizing the work already underway, connecting people and ideas that should know each other, and asking what becomes possible when scattered efforts begin to build confidence, coherence and shared momentum.

Kathmandu is not only about gathering around a shared critique of the systems that need to change, but about paying attention to what is already pointing beyond them. It's also a way of moving from waiting for transformation to recognizing it, connecting it and strengthening the relationships that allow it to grow.
